in three areas of expertise: personal development, management and professionalizing
Human Resources. Our ambition is to get the participants of our programs to think, gain perspective
and become actors in developing their competence and their employability. A tool -
however useful it may be - never is a substitute for being able to think about and
analyzing situations.
Our role is to help people find their own way of making progress, giving them
indicators and a solid foundation. This matches with making our programs more
personalized, focused on skills and the personal needs for each individual.
«To get people to express and forge their own ideas, rather than to tell
them what to think» is the cornerstone of our pedagogical approach. Adopting
a low position in our relationship allows us to valorize participants and their
experience, encouraging them to think and to call something into question, developing
creativity, broadening the range of possible behaviors, triggering changes, to get
the person or the team to be in movement.
