The stakes

Training your personnel and enhancing their development is one of your company's priorities. A major investment, training has become a key part of corporate strategy in leveraging performance.

The stakes are sizable: generating a common culture, upgrading practices, becoming more professional, relaying a policy of managing skills, anticipating human resource issues, getting people to perform well every day.

To deal with these issues, enriching and developing the skills of your employees, companies need partners they can trust. In this spirit, CEPIG creates training programs in three areas of expertise: personal development, management and professionalizing Human Resources.

Our convictions

Our ambition is to get the participants of our programs to think, gain perspective and become actors in developing their competence and their employability. A tool - however useful it may be - never is a substitute for being able to think about and analyzing situations.

Our role is to help people find their own way of making progress, giving them indicators and a solid foundation. This matches with making our programs more personalized, focused on skills and the personal needs for each individual.

«To get people to express and forge their own ideas, rather than to tell them what to think» is the cornerstone of our pedagogical approach. Adopting a low position in our relationship allows us to valorize participants and their experience, encouraging them to think and to call something into question, developing creativity, broadening the range of possible behaviors, triggering changes, to get the person or the team to be in movement.
