Detecting talent, competence and potential
A company wants to manage its human capital dynamically. First, it must have the
means to identify its resources, whether individually or collectively.
Everything starts with a choice, your own choice: what are the key moments
in a career which cause people to focus on their personality, potential, their
state of mind? Who can most benefit from an assessment of their potential?
We are convinced that each person has potential driven by specific motors,
enriched by a capital, with his or her knowledge, interests and know-how. They
are expressed each day through observable strengths and limits, through skills
used under given circumstances. Among these are refined, proven skills that are
sources of motivation which can be transformed into talent. These become specific
assets to be stimulated, considered, and adapted to the milieu the person
