The stakes

A company wants to manage its human capital dynamically. First, it must have the means to identify its resources, whether individually or collectively.

Everything starts with a choice, your own choice: what are the key moments in a career which cause people to focus on their personality, potential, their state of mind? Who can most benefit from an assessment of their potential?

Our convictions

We are convinced that each person has potential driven by specific motors, enriched by a capital, with his or her knowledge, interests and know-how. They are expressed each day through observable strengths and limits, through skills used under given circumstances. Among these are refined, proven skills that are sources of motivation which can be transformed into talent. These become specific assets to be stimulated, considered, and adapted to the milieu the person evolves in.

The analysis is rich and in-depth. It identifies the current potential of the person and charts course for what his or her future evolution can be. Our approach is complete. It covers the evaluation itself, the written summary and includes also a debriefing which allows the person to continue working on him or herself

CEPIG's ambition: to trigger the encounter between each personality and the enterprise. Our role:

  • find the indicators, the alerts, the guides for managing the person or helping the person to manage him or herself.

  • Identify realistic, on-going challenges that are appropriate, that allow the person to go beyond limits and to develop him or herself.
