CEPIG's added value depends on its approach; its tools serve to reinforce our philosophy. This combination provides the enterprise or the manager with a vision enriched with insights

Proven approaches

Dynamic Relations reinforces CEPIG's approach in understanding the influence that one person exercises on others, involving charisma in asserting him or herself as well as his or her relational intelligence.

An additional approach: the language of change, based on research conducted by the Palo Alto School, which provides effective ways of solving problems within a group.

A CEPIG approach: multiple listening, or how to leverage the power of listening and involve others in a healthy interaction. This is an attitude of consciousness that is a key CEPIG practice in our training programs.

A range of adapted tools

A series of tools allows CEPIG to validate and enrich its offer:

  • The personality questionnaires allow us to provide improvement tracks and to target training.

  • Aptitude tests highlight cognitive dominants (processing and managing information).

  • Typological models allow us to take a rich reading of behavior and the motivation of a person or of a team, opening up ways of evolving that are clear and direct.

Indispensable formalization

A founding principle for CEPIG: writing has virtues that the spoken word does not have. Accelerating growth in awareness and change indicators, writing is indispensable.
