Our convictions

Talent cross-fertilizes with skills. Neglecting talent can lead to a loss of commitment. Talent comes from getting the abilities of a person and the charactistics of his or her environment to resonate. Following this reiterative path creates realistic projects that make sense, accelerating the mobilization of each person's talent.

Accompanying - whether it is career evaluation or coaching - helps your employees find their coherence in their environment: which motors, which capital, for which challenges, and with which means. Each action is a different human experience. It must allow each person to gain access to the best of him or herself.

Coaching and Career evaluations make a person feel dynamic. They help people chart course and discover a new motivation and actively work on building their professional future.

CEPIG's role:

  • use the most suitable approach, out of the many possibilities in our set of tools, that fits well with the person, the situation and his or her objectives

  • allow the person to see weaknesses and valorize his or her talents.

Our approaches combine a psychological approach for the person and an operational knowledge of the enterprise and its issues. Our tools enable the change. Their effect continues after the end of the action.
